Short version: business contact details, from public records, and you can be removed at any time.
Where our information comes from
Company records are built from public sources — the Texas Department of Insurance State Fire Marshal registry, county appraisal district records, and the Texas Comptroller’s active franchise taxpayer list. These are business records, not personal ones: company name, address, licences held, and the phone number on the registration.
Where we hold a named business contact, it is a work role and a work email address, obtained from a commercial business-data provider or from the company’s own published material. We do not buy or hold personal addresses, personal phone numbers, or anything about anyone in a private capacity.
What we do with it
We use it to decide who to approach and to keep track of conversations. We do not sell it, share it, or pass it to buyers. If you become a client, what you tell us about your business is confidential and is not added to anything described above.
Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. It works immediately and permanently, without a reply or a login, and it stops all further outreach. Replying with “remove me” has the same effect. We keep a record of the fact that you opted out, because that is the only way to be sure you are not contacted again by a later run.
Correction and removal
Email hello@wildroseadvisors.com and we will correct or delete what we hold about your company. You do not have to explain why.
