This website and the Wild Rose Advisors name are operated by Wildrose Capital Properties Inc., a Texas corporation doing business as Wild Rose Advisors. In this notice, “the firm” means that company.
Information the firm holds
Company records are built from public sources: state licensing and business registration records, and public property and tax filings. These are business records, not personal ones: the company's name, address, the licenses it holds, and the telephone number published on its registration. Any company may ask which record its own entry came from, and the firm will say.
Where the firm holds a named business contact, it is a work role and a work email address, obtained from a commercial business data provider or from the company's own published material. The firm does not buy or hold personal addresses, personal telephone numbers, or information about anyone in a private capacity.
How it is used
The firm uses this information to decide whom to approach and to keep track of conversations. It does not sell or share it, or pass it to buyers. What a client tells the firm about its business is confidential and is not added to anything described above.
Information submitted here
Information submitted through a form on this website, or sent to hello@wildroseadvisors.com, is retained in order to respond and to evaluate a potential engagement, and is delivered only to the firm's own systems.
Every email the firm sends carries a one-click unsubscribe link. It works immediately and permanently, without a reply or a login, and it stops all further outreach. A reply asking to be removed has the same effect. The firm keeps a record of the request, because that is the only way to be sure the address is not contacted again.
Correction and removal
A request to hello@wildroseadvisors.com is sufficient for the firm to correct or delete what it holds about a company. No reason is required.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand how visitors find and use it. These services set cookies and receive standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and the campaign that led to the visit. The firm does not send them names, email addresses, or anything typed into a form or the chat.
Any standard cookie or tracker blocker, or Google's own opt-out tools, will prevent this; the website works the same without them.
Chat
The chat on this website is an automated assistant. Conversations are processed to generate replies and are read by a person. The transcript is kept in the visitor's browser for the duration of the visit and is not stored by the firm unless contact details are left, which are sent to the firm so that it can follow up.
