Short version: business contact details, from public records, and you can be removed at any time.
This site and the Wild Rose Advisors trade name are operated by Wildrose Capital Properties Inc., a Texas corporation. Wherever this policy says “we”, that is who it means.
Where our information comes from
Company records are built from public sources: state licensing and business registration records, and public property and tax filings. These are business records, not personal ones: company name, address, licenses held, and the phone number published on the business registration. If you want to know exactly which record your own company came from, ask us and we will tell you.
Where we hold a named business contact, it is a work role and a work email address, obtained from a commercial business-data provider or from the company’s own published material. We do not buy or hold personal addresses, personal phone numbers, or anything about anyone in a private capacity.
What we do with it
We use it to decide who to approach and to keep track of conversations. We do not sell it, share it, or pass it to buyers. If you become a client, what you tell us about your business is confidential and is not added to anything described above.
Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. It works immediately and permanently, without a reply or a login, and it stops all further outreach. Replying with “remove me” has the same effect. We keep a record of the fact that you opted out, because that is the only way to be sure you are not contacted again by a later run.
Correction and removal
Email hello@wildroseadvisors.com and we will correct or delete what we hold about your company. You do not have to explain why.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand how visitors find and use it. These services set cookies and receive standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and the campaign that brought you here. We do not feed them names, email addresses, or anything you type into a form or the chat.
You can opt out with any standard cookie or tracker blocker, or via Google’s own opt-out tools; the site works identically without them.
Chat
The chat in the corner is an automated assistant. Conversations are processed to generate replies and are read by a human; the transcript lives in your browser for the duration of your visit and is not stored by us unless you choose to leave contact details, which are emailed to us so we can follow up.
