The material on this website is general information about the firm and its work. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it is not a valuation of any business. Figures describing a business are approximate, are provided by its owner, and have not been independently verified by the firm.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any business or any security. Detailed information on a business is provided only under a signed confidentiality agreement.

Businesses marketed for other firms

The firm also provides marketing services to independent business brokerage firms. Where a business is presented on this website or in the firm's outreach on behalf of another firm, that firm is the broker of record. It holds the engagement with the seller, receives and responds to all inquiries, and conducts all negotiations through its own licensed professionals.

In those transactions the firm does not act as broker, agent or advisor to any party, does not negotiate on anyone's behalf, and does not hold funds or documents for either side.

Where the firm acts

The firm offers its own advisory services only where it is permitted to do so. It does not offer services in any state where they would require a business broker or real estate license that the firm does not hold.
